Description
From “pilot” phase to yearly partnership.
The Goal
Make KLM’s landing on TikTok feel safe and distinct, setting it apart from other airlines already present on the platform TikTok.
My Role
Together with the team, we developed the brand strategy and creative pillars fitting the brand identity of KLM. From there, I was responsible for all creative output, including insight research, concept development, scriptwriting, production, directing, and post-production (editing). We collaborated with international and Dutch creators, who focused on creating ‘passenger’ related content. Next to that, we also worked with the actual KLM crew members, who we briefed or invited to shoot days.
The Achievements
We extended GoSpooky’s x KLM partnership from pilot phase to yearly retainer.
We grew the TikTok channel from 0 to +350K followers and generated +3M likes. From shoots at the KLM Flight academy or in an actual plane to creating effects and human-first content. I had lots and lots of fun doing it (also very important).
